Dr. Tammi Vacha-Haase is dean of the Graduate College at Boise State University, the largest graduate school in Idaho. Since joining the leadership of Boise State in 2016, she has established several transdisciplinary doctoral programs, added 15 new master’s programs, and reimagined student recruitment.
Dr. Vacha-Haase is currently an ACE Fellow, a nationally recognized program for emerging leaders in higher education. For her immersion semester, she is working with Chancellor Gilliam and the UNCG leadership team to observe leadership style, crisis management, decision-making, and budget management.
